Both called him a snake.  You are sending $395.00/month multiplied by 108 units to these people.  They are supposed to be allocating about half of your dues to the reserves, but unsurprisingly, you aren't getting ahead (actually going backwards).  You have no legitimate financial documents, as the reserve study projection is a trash document, like the approved budget.

As bad as the fraud we have proven already is, I have a feeling that we are only detecting symptoms of the true malfeasance.

What say the Board??

As has always been the case, The Board, or individual Board members, are welcome to comment here.  This is an open public forum.  Edgewood HOA Board members must identify themselves.

By the way, there is no real financial plan for this Association.  You are living 'paycheck-to-paycheck'.  When they need money, they'll just assess you.  That's what was understood by attendees of the last board meeting.

When I say "clown show," I mean it.

Allowing unscrupulous individuals to manage your association and its finances has worked out as well as one would expect. The evidence presented is clear and has not been disputed.  In fact, it is confirmed. The only actions taken by the Board focus on silencing those who deliver this information.
