🍖 Judges: Local Fire and Police department. They will have the delicious task of sampling and rating each tantalizing entry!

Event is all day and night, show up whenever you can!
Check in anytime between 7am-11am if you are competing. They have to be done by 3:00 pm for judging.
Show up anytime, but if you are entering the contest Check in anytime BEFORE 11:00 A.M.
The cost is $50.00 to enter your ribs to compete. MUST BE PAID BEFORE SEPTEMBER 4th to me.
This money helps me pay for the band, the DJ, outhouses, tables and chairs for the judging station and the trophies.
