Tony Zogopoulos of NCM informed me that he received a copy of the cease and desist on July 20, 2024, when he informed me about the false reserve reporting. By this date, the board had already terminated his company. I suspect he was sent this as an intimidation tactic to stay quiet, as the first cease and desist had been generated a mere few days prior.

Regardless, Tony did not stay quiet. Please listen.
