This was formerly the Fair Oaks Body and Mind Experiences group. The members are like-minded individuals who enjoy starting their day with a lovely walk along the American River and through the town of Fair Oaks. They enjoyed the same walks in the original group. You are encouraged to bring your dogs, as they enjoy the walks very much.
