Remember that Network Community Management (Tony Zogopoulos) was terminated for confronting Pat Burden about her blatant lies about the state of the Association's finances and, specifically, the reserves. NCM was a competent management company. Thanks to your board, this is now your situation: Complaining to Pat Burden, of all people, about TMT—a problem she caused—for unscrupulous reasons.  

I suspect she will soon be "elected" to another three-year term. Do you all really want to keep doing this? Only the Association members can fix this.
