Well, it seems for the umpteenth time, the board has fired yet another property management company.  This time Tony and Suzette of Network Community Management are no longer associated with our fine community.

I don't know how good a management company NCM was, overall, but I'll say Tony and Suzette did communicate with us and seemed sympathetic to our cause.  I told them that the community would be very appreciative to them for any help they can provide us in our efforts to solve our community problems.  I also advised them that, given this board's track record with firing property management, that throwing their support behind Pat may not lead to an enduring business relationship with Edgewood.

This relationship between NCM and Edgewood terminated more quickly than I anticipated.

I also know, from Tony, that Suzette would flat-out refuse to issue nonsense violations demanded by Pat.  I hope the new company, whoever they are, will be so bold.

Does anyone have the names of any previous property management companies employed by Edgewood?  I'd like to see if I can get any information from them.  It would seem that something may not be quite right and I'd like to find out what that might be.
