As many of you may already know, we have a new property management company, "The Management Trust."

They are a large property management company that appears to do business in 8 western US states as far east as Texas.  I'm concerned about how personal the service will be for each of us in the community.

Tony suggested that this is a legitimate company but quite expensive. They may charge us whenever we, as community members, contact and interact with them. I don't have their fee schedule at this point.

I'm going to contact them next week (edit: I decided to wait on this for now), and advise them of the current and real situation here at Edgewood.  I'll also show them just how many recall signatures we actually have so hopefully they will take us seriously.  I'll try appeal to their empathy for this community, while reminding them that it's the community, much more so than Pat, that pays their fees.

I'll also advise them that, given our history, current situation, and leadership, they may only be associated with Edgewood for a few months, like Tony and NCM before them.

I miss Tony already. Pat, by random chance, went through so many management companies that she stumbled upon a pretty good one with Tony and Network Community Management.

It is a shame and a reminder of why we need to fix this.
