This was while canvassing the community for recall petition signatures.
It was an interesting and enlightening experience.
I learned that she is not a supporter of our community action effort.
I asked her about the discrepancies in the reserve statements. She essentially denied it, but she wasn't very convincing. I asked her why we were told 55.5% reserves when the reserve study indicates 14%.
She replied, “You are going to get into a lot of trouble,” and indicated that the board was already in contact with the police department.
Moments later, when the conversation ended, I drove straight to the Citrus Heights Police Department and explained the entire situation. They had no idea who I was and have no reports regarding me in their system.
They know who I am now and what our situation is.
The police aren't going to interfere with this community’s right to petition a governmental body in matters relating to the public interest. That's actually encouraged.
We should consider adding Sara Shadrick to the recall petition.
In this conversation, I asked her how many dollars we have in the reserve.
She wouldn't answer.
These people can not/will not tell the truth.
She called me an idiot while I walked away.
Disappointing.
thought: I am wondering if Sara unintentionally clued me in on one of their potential plans to deal with me—filing bogus police reports...
Everything is on record now.

$450,000
That's how much this association was misled about its finances.
The reserve study was forecasted based on each of you paying $4,167.00 in special assessments.
This doesn't actually do anything for you other than back you off the cliff.
Because... $11.4K:
