How much does it cost to change management companies so frequently?
Are there setup and transfer fees? Are there early contract termination fees?
Does anyone know?
Also, it seems Yelp isn't very fond of the new management company:

(The Folsom reviews are even worse, in my opinion).
This can negatively impact the quality of life here at Edgewood. This is very unfortunate.
