I just read that the board spent around seven thousand dollars on sewer repairs. I remember this was briefly talked about at a monthly meeting. Could those affected or those in the know tell us more about what happened?
Did the board fight the homeowner(s) about repairs and they had it fixed themselves and then forced the board to pay for repairs or did the board step right up and take care of things in a timely manner? Not being able to flush your toilet, do dishes or take a shower is pretty critical.
The way they worded it, it sounds like the board graciously either paid for all repairs or maybe just reimbursed the homeowner(s) for a plumbing call out charge.
Are there any other similar repairs needed but being put off of a critical nature?
