Speakers are normally limited to three (3) minutes each. Written public comments (250 words max) may be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on meeting day via the online Speaker Card.

The City provides three ways to watch a City Council meeting: in person at City Hall Council Chambers, online via the City website, or on Sac Metro Cable Channel 14.

Government Code Section 84308 requires disclosure of certain campaign contributions over $500 related to license, permit, or entitlement decisions and limits participation in those proceedings.

a. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-____, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights, California, Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with McGuire Hester for Construction of the Roseville Road/Butternut Drive and Systemic Signalized Intersection Improvements Project and Finding the Project is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Sections 15301, 15302, and 15303; and
b. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-_____, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights, California, Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Coastland Civil Engineering, LLP to Provide Construction Management, Inspection, and Materials Testing Services for the Roseville Road/Butternut Drive and Systemic Signalized Intersection Improvements Project.
