The City welcomes public participation in the legislative process. If you want to address the Council, fill out a Speaker Identification Sheet and give it to the City Clerk before the item is heard. Speakers are normally limited to three (3) minutes each, though the Mayor may lengthen or shorten the allotted times.
Written comments may be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on meeting day using the online Speaker Card: City Council Speaker Card. Written comments are limited to 250 words or less and will be read aloud by the City Clerk.
The meeting may be watched in person, online via the City website, or on Sac Metro Cable Channel 14.
Levine Act: Campaign contribution disclosure and participation limits may apply to certain proceedings involving licenses, permits, or other entitlements for use.
